Returns and Exchanges

All products on our online store are on sale and therefore are not able to be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If goods are faulty, we will repair or replace the product where possible. If the product does not meet this criteria we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us info@lolitashoes.co.nz to organise the return/exchange of a faulty item.
