Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! If you wish to return a product purchased online, it can be returned for an exchange, a refund or credit.

When returning an item, please ensure: 

- You include your receipt/order number as proof of purchase

- The item has not been used or worn and the box is in perfect condition.

Please contact us at info@lolitashoes.co.nz to advise that you wish to return or exchange goods so we can provide the best solution. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Shipping costs back to Lolita are the responsibility of  the customer unless returning faulty goods. We recommend using a courier service with a Track and Trace facility as the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser until received back to Lolita.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale goods, so please choose carefully. If you need any fit or style advice, do not hesitate to contact us!

Faulty Items

If goods are faulty, we will repair or replace the product where possible. If the product does not meet this criteria we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us info@lolitashoes.co.nz to organise the return/exchange of a faulty item.
